I understand, on having visited, that I P is relocating. ThereSon, after speaking with a friend who works at Truro College is understandable. The new location is unattractive as a salon destination. The lack of communication when I tried to secure an appointment was non-existent, so v poor.

I've used Inspiration Professional a number of times now and the quality of service is excellent, the staff helpful and friendly and the environment is wonderful.This is a 3* review however as booking in here is a nightmare. The phone is never answered (across the Professional salon, and both campus phone numbers), voicemails are slow to be replied to and there is no online booking system which makes the experience of booking a treatment to relax frustrating in itself which is counter productive.
