I wanted to take this opportunity to comment on the Manager and the Team at this store. I was asking for information about a new product I wanted to try, I received great advice regarding this and felt confident with my purchase. Bought a gel top coat from here. Used the product . Product not up to standard to the point it cost me money ( and could have cost me my reputation)to redo quite a few clients nails with another make of top coat .Customer services here not interested . Told me it must have been my technique and I couldn't even have a refund as I'd used it. Very poor as I've been a member of that wholesalers for 30 years and they didn't care that I was going to take my business elsewhere.

Amazing service from the team in derby , I’ve ordered new couches , stools , lamps etc and delivery , communication all amazing . Really helpful with info on equipment before I purchased it , and always at the end of the phone for any after sales help.

Me and my friend Jess went on a waxing course yesterday at the Derbyshire store it was fantastic, considering they are in the middle of a re-fit Rose & staff were lovely & the trainer Manesha was brilliant very friendly and knowledgeable can't wait to book more courses highly recomened them for courses fabulous price too see you soon thank you from Jasmin xx
