The price was good, but they took over 2 weeks to process the (small) order, which was supposed to be handled in 3-5 days. I also had to ask about the progress, because they would never tell you anything unless poked for some info.If you consider your time valuable, look for a serious company instead.

Horrible impertinent shop owner. Completely not acceptable manners. For him every customer is a cheater.I have been there first and definitely last time.At the end he has changed the price originally agreed. Avoid this place.

Absolutely first class. Polite, efficient, professional. Two pieces of glass for furniture cut perfectly to my requirements & ready bang on time for collection. We even had time to discuss South American politics!

Just dreadful. Avoid this store like the plague. It's on a red route so you can't park to pick anything up. The proprieter said he would be there at an arranged time for me to pick up a mirror. He wasn't there but was in his workshop around the corner" and he would be there in two minutes. Twenty minutes and five phone calls later he turns up; by which time I had a parking ticket. He is also very rude."

Freddy has a wonderful business and runs it with professionalism. I've been going to him for my glass needs for years, I can't recommend him highly enough. I would suggest giving him a call before you head over just incase he's gone out on a job. I often have glass pre cut and ready for me on arrival after I've texted over my sizes. Freddy's warmth and positive attitude is a testament to his good nature.

I am still unsure as to whether this is a real glazier service or not. I guess the first clue that this may not be a business at all was the shouting down the phone when I called. The second clue would be that the guy I spoke to (several times) never called me back as he promised he would. In fact the only evidence I have that this is a real business is the reviews here saying they've had work done. Unfortunately this person - whoever it is has done nothing but just waste my time. It's a shame as I believe in supporting local businesses . . . .

I ordered a glass shelf via email and I was asked to pay £48 via bank transfer (never ever do this! always credit card or PayPal). A week later and several messages later, the shelf never materialised. After contacting my bank, they were good enough to credit me for my loss. I always try to support high street shops but my experience here was appalling - I would strongly recommend that you should avoid this shop.

The gentleman serving me was useless. Very unreliable. Assured me I could collect a cut piece of glass on a particular (week)day. Didn't come up with the goods. I missed a deadline. Had a completely nonsensical follow-up text conversation to sort it out, he ended up just ghosting me after me trying to rearrange.

GOBSMACKED AT THE LACK OF MANNERS AND NOT EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICEEven one star is wasted on this man and his lack of service. He has no manner at all. I was sked to pay in cash, gave the money (no invoice), when i asked about bubble wrapping he cut me short saying that he can only do paper and when tried to insist he lost it and gave me money back and he went back to his work while i was there standing gobsmacked. I asked him few times to discuss and not leave me like that but he just refused to talk and kicked me out of the shop.
