I’ve always been up to try new things and after having some Colchester bootcamp, I’m so happy to see the brand expand to Ipswich! Despite the hard work the sessions are, the reward is amazing in seeing your fitness levels increase, make like minded friends and also have fun!! I couldn’t recommend bootcamp more. Not only a great workout but a wholesome community!

An excellent location for bootcamp, plenty of space to park and Parkrun on your doorstep! Instructor Keith knows his stuff and makes sessions enjoyable. Best way to keep fit and healthy and meet awesome people.

I've been a member of Colchester Bootcamp for a few years and knowing how good it is decided to give Ipswich Bootcamp a try. This little community has been life changing. Keith is a great coach and really changes it up so no two sessions are the same. With the best community of people motivating you along you're sure to succeed!
