I was staying at a hotel for the night (3 hrs from home) just up the road from Ray's garage. The electrics went in my car and I couldn't open my boot with all my luggage in it.Drove the car to Ray's at 5pm and explained the situation, he helped immediately (he could have easily turned me away) and resolved the problem.Would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely great service and staff. We went there upon a personal recommendation after our camper van broke down travelling through and weren't left in the rain even though they were really busy.There were issues getting the correct spare parts, but it wasn't their fault (a 1984 german make, uncommon in the UK) and communication was really great. They explained everything well and made proper photo documentation of the repairs for our insurance. Even though it was kind of an emergency (we couldn't leave their place after a broken wheel bearing) they didn't overly charge us, pricing was actually very fair.World would be a better place if all garages were like this. Huge thanks to Daniel and his team!

I cannot rate Ray’s and the staff highly enough. They came and restarted my car and performed an MOT and it was hassle free and exceptional value. Customer service is really fantastic and the staff are helpful, friendly and honest. I would recommend to anyone.
