So my car went in for a repair following accident and just got it back the repair was done and I was pleased with it only to fined after signing off the repair my windows where dirty so I cleaned them only to come across a scratch on my drivers window which wasn't there when it went not happy I think they put in the sun so it wouldn't show

Shockingly bad service and utterly unprofessional. The negative reviews here speak for themselves. Stay far, far away from this business.

The most awful place ever. I never knew people can be that rude until I met people there. I went for a scratch and they broke my whole car inside and out they tried to make me crazy that it was already like that and they where not helpful or understandable they have no manners they don’t know how to be polite at all… they don’t deserve people to go there NEVERR recommend to anyone

Nationwide Repair Centre were recommended by my insurance company.- The process was seamless and stress free.- Body Shop Repair under 2 weeks.- Door to door service.- Good customer service.- Friendly and polite staff.- Car valeted (Looked like new).- 100% Satisfied.

My car was repaired here in October 2020, had a rear end collision, when I collected the car the number plate light wasn’t fitted. I’ve taken the vehicle in for inspection and found there is a crack at the bottom bumper ?

I highly don’t recommend using their services, as they are not polite and have a very bad customers service and leave the car being worst than what I came with. This is the worst company that I have even dealt with.

I was scratched by another car, and was instructed by my insurance company that Nationwide would be in touch. This is where I made my first mistake in that I did not read the online reviews. I dropped my car off on a Friday and was contacted by an Engineer who provided an overview of the work required. I had not contact from them for 2 weeks and this is when I started chasing. There are 2 receptionists at this particular branch in Slough, one is helpful and the other one is rude. I was told the car was still waiting for part from another garage and it would be ready next week. For another 2 weeks I was chasing these guys and was told the same response, still waiting and should be ready tomorrow. It took 1 month to do a scratch, I have a feeling these guys hold on to the car until the insurance company pays them - delaying the whole process.Please do yourself a favour and do not use these clowns.
