Absolute scam artists that are just interested in robbing you of money!!! Poor service for the 1 week I had their service with very limited communication. Then after the offer for my house had been ended by the buyer due to unfortunate circumstances after only 1 week, these criminals charged me over £1200 for nothing!!! Stay away and beware of dealings with the . Criminal gangsters and frauds. They are not interested in you, only money and will leave you in debt and destitute without a consideration.

Left 3 messages with the local tenancy solicitor at the Newcastle Under Lyme branch. Rang for a 4th time and complained to the receptionist that no one was returning my calls. Finally spoke to the solicitor (a partner according to the website) who was frankly rude and denied receiving any messages on both her mobile and direct line. I was instructed to e mail her my details and she would get back to me. I’m still waiting!! Terrible service avoid and find someone who wants your business

Terrible experience selling my house. Purple bricks recommended. I had to push them almost daily to do anything even to the point I had 2 or 3 interns? Doing the work of Johnathan Bjorndal who was more of a name (supervisor maybe) than my actual solicitor. The 3rd intern was quite good and found 50% of the things that should have already been done missing.causing last minute chaos for me with the help 2 buy valuations I didn’t know I needed! Wrap that up with them screwing up the settlement amounts and over paying me after exchange (then coming after me with legal demands to repay) - AVOID like the plague!

Was recommended Knights but found their fees somewhat expensive for the advice I received. I would advise potential clients to get a price up front before engaging them.

I just completed and moved into my new house. I didn't use Knights for my conveyancing- I went elsewhere eventually. I'm still awaiting a call back from them from when I contacted them to do my conveyancing back in early August. No rush guys, I only want to spend money with you....

I cannot recommend Isabel Bishop (employment specialist) highly enough. She is professional, dedicated, knowledgeable and able to make complex terminology easy to understand as well as support with leadership and confidence.
