If I could give zero star's I would, both my son and I went for a hair cut, while his was done with a few imperfections that I can sort out myself, mine was a disaster. I showed my dresser a photo and all I can describe the result as is a butchered disaster.It was blow dried so it sat back, I wasn't too sure about it after we was finished but Lily assured me it was really nice, I'm not a very confident person so I trusted her.I went to a meet up and you know something wrong when twelve people ask what happened to your hair. As the day went on and my hair relaxed it fell into place and the damage was clear. I looked like a 90s, budget boy band member with a hair disaster, it looked uneven, almost like a bowl cut.I spend all of Friday morning visiting salons to see what could be done and every one said the same thing, it was beyond bad, one saying it was disconnected. One women even went as far as apologising this happened to me and hope I haven't lost faith in the industry. I eventually found someone I felt confident with and she had to give me a pixie cut. I don't like how short my hair is but at least it looks decent and I now look like the female I am. It took her over an hour to rectify the hair but from here. I was given a small discount for this rescue.I was so upset, I didn't want to return, and I will never return. I understand bad haircuts happened but as you can see with the photos this is beyond a bad cut, it looked nothing like the photos I bought and to say I was upset is an understatement. If your not confident with requests then please refuse, the distress this caused me was deep, I had twelve people who know me well say it's bad and that made me feel so low about myself. I'd hate this to happen to someone else. I don't feel a request for a refund would be welcomed and I hate confrontation, so sadly I am out of pocket.I used to have shoulder length hair and now I have a close cut pixie cut, it'll take a while to adapt, so it's safe to say I'm unhappy and upset.PLEASE AVOID

Had wonderful time with Tessa. She had great idea what to do next with my hair. My look amazing and will be back next week for the part of the journey. She wonderful lady very friendly and gives u the time and gives the full experience. Thank u so much Tessa. Would very recommend going to see her

I can’t fault Celly’s. Prices are reasonable especially in the cost of living crisis. I went in this morning as needed my hair fixed after a failed undercut and they rescued my hair! I love my new look, thank you Tessa :)

Tessa is brilliant. Very knowledgeable and styles your hair exactly how you want it. My only criticism of this branch is they urgently need a receptionist! I want to come back but need a few questions answered first (I'm not local so can't pop in). I've tried to call atleast 12 times at all different times of the day yet not once has anyone answered the phone!

I haven’t had my haircut for nearly a year now and finding a hairdresser that understands your hair type and isn’t afraid is hard to find. After reading the reviews about Tessa , I knew she would the best for my hair and she did not disappoint, she was so welcoming and caring.She listened to what I said about my hair , offered advice and ultimately she gave me the best hair cut I have had in a long long while.I would highly recommend Tessa , definitely worth waiting to see.I will definitely be returning back to have my hair cut by Tessa
