I had to pick up a DHL Express parcel. Altough the opening hours are between 9am to 18 pm as it is specified on DHL website, I have waited one hour for someone to provide the expected services in the store

I have a very important DHL package to pick up and the shop is not even open. The least they can do is leave a note because now I have until friday before they send it back. It says its open online from 10:00-19:00 and anytime I have come to get my parcel between these hours, it has been closed. Not happy at all.

I need to collect a packet from DHL and I went before 17:00 pm today Monday and it was already closed. No note was left outside explaining why was closed if the opening time is 10:00-19:00 pm. It is not reliable to have a place to collect packets that do not follow any specific schedule. I am really disappointed

Very reliable local business. I had an issue with a broken hinge on my laptop, and they took the job immediately at a reasonable price. They fixed my phone but increased the price on collectionEdit since reply: I asked them to fix my cracked phone screen and we agreed a price. When I came to collect my phone, they claimed they had to repair more things than I was originally paying for and increased the price a lot. If I'd have known they were going to scam me I would have not agreed to the original repair. Definitely avoid this place

Beware of Scammers...overcharge you for a simple repair and then charge you more than the agreed price when you go to pick up your phone. Threaten to not return phone if you do not pay higher price. Also ask you to pay in cash only to avoid paying tax. Avoid the place!Response to Edit: If they had card machines for last 2 years, then they need to advise their staff of this as the person I dealt with was adament I pay in cash and cannot pay in card. The repair was a smashed screen, there were no other issues with the phone. On dropping of the phone we agreed a price of £90, but then on collection were asked to pay significantly more for 'additional work' that was not discussed or agreed upon. I also gave a contact number when I dropped of the phone so they could have called to discuss additional repairs but they did not. They also threatened to not return the phone unless the higher cost was paid. I stand by my orginal comment of scammers. Would rather pay slightly more at another location for good service then get scammed.
