I would highly recommend this florist from the moment they picked the phone up they were nothing put helpful nothing was to much trouble I had asked for a cushion with a wheelbarrow in the centre for a funeral I can honestly say it was amazing you are very talented people. In my daughter's words (11 & 9) it was better than what they had asked for. The picture doesn't do it justice it was huge thank you again.

Amazing service. I went into florist not really knowing what I wanted for my dad's memorial. Louise's lorist listened and knew exactly what I wanted when I didn't. The wreath was just perfect. Highly recommend to everyone.

I popped in and just bought one of the discounted bouquets as a gift for my mum. I only spent a few pounds but the lady was so kind and added ribbon and a new wrap to the flowers. Such attention to detail and lovely customer service

I ordered a box of flowers and paid £40 and £5 for delivery and came a hand bouquet of flowers that cost £20, i called the shop and we agreed for a refund and i came for the refund and the girl at the till gave me £1.50 only for the cost of the box, absolutely disgusting, please avoid

Louise's florist is absolutely brilliant. I ordered birthday flowers for my auntie for her birthday which Louise made and delivered on the day for my aunt, which were then in turn unfortunately stolen, even though they had been left safely out of sight. When I contacted Louise's they offered to make another bouquet at no further cost and delivered it on the day for me. So kind and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Louise's florist for your flowers.
