Discriminates against hidden disabilities, saw the sign but went against my better judgment & decided to enter as I went there to look for a gift for my husband. Big mistake! I was greeted very rudely, the person was very intimidating with a terrible attitude and demanded that I wear a mask. I understand they want to keep people safe but that’s no excuse to ignore disability and equality law that is there to protect people like me from harassment & hate crime. I will never go to this shop again.

Brilliant service! I was looking for a very specific item and they found and ordered it for me. Kept me updated throughout the process and it was exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful!

Checked stock and opening times before I left home on their website. Travelled 30 miles on the M5, did battle with Worcester's traffic and under allocated parking to find that the shop was closed for 3 days. I know that the unforseen can happen, but a note on the website would have prevented me from wasting three hours.

This has got to be hands down the coolest shop in all the booster maybe all of England.Not only is Elliot and his dad. Well. Adversed in all the knives and guns in their store. But they were able to tell me a massive amount of Rich cultured history That goes hundreds of years back in worcester

The first time i've used this company. i needed an full air riffle set up and wasn't sure on what to get. the very kind staff im the shop listened to my needs then talked me thru my options and set me up with an ideal first set up. after using the set up i found it very easy to use and now have a huge amount of confidence in making many more purchases from them.

Last year found this gem of a shop and got my 2nd sword when i was 17 now have 6 swords and im going bad here in 9 hours to get myself some knives and swords service was great Great quality practical use no chip's or breaks in the metal i get excited every time i go, to those people putting bad reviews becuase of disability and masks etc i have autisum cant have stuff on my face etc i put one on went in and still had a great time Just follow the rules and you will end up loving the shop im 18 now but know i can always add to my current collection of a haldberd knives and swords from this shop

Absolutely abhorrent shop - selling faulty goods and then refusing to offer any reasonable assistance or compensation. They refuse to honour the Consumer Rights Act, in addition to their own terms and conditions!As per the other reviews on here, avoid F Durrant & Son shop elsewhere. My first and last time visiting.
