Joe is a fantastic business owner and over the last 6 years of me attending this shop we have become friends. He has never let me down once.Last visit was ever more of a pleasure than usual as he did an exceptionally good cut and his colleague even bought me and another customer a small beer! I’ll add his colleagues have also always been super friendly with me on all occasions.Shop is always clean, friendly, professional with an awesome playlist. I always suggest this place to my friends and I’ll definitely be back for my next cut.Thanks Joe and Dukes!Keir

Staff was lovely but 35£ Beard & Haircut : No style to the cut , fade or shave. …. [To your reply] : the haircut was trash and got got blisters from the rushed cutting executed ( I can see a few reviews which reflect exactly how I feel , there is nothing to argue about ,it was a bad cut.) thank you

Best barbershop in all of Oxford, I refuse to go anywhere else in this city for a haircut. Joe and his crew are very highly skilled. Getting a haircut from Joe always feels like visiting an old friend.

Had a lovely visit to Dukes following a friend's recommendation, and the vibes were immaculate. The barbers were fun to chat to, very professional, and did a fantastic job cutting & styling. Looking forward to my next visit!

I have long hair and tend to get it cut once a year but wanted to go for something a bit shorter whilst still on the long side.I had my hair done at a unisex Salon where they butchered it for a steep price - no layers, uneven all over, looked like Lord Farquaad and it took nearly 2 hours.Walked in to Dukes the next day where Mars saw me on the spot and sorted it right out in 20 minutes, for half the price. Very pleased with the result! Thanks mate

I have been going to Dukes for at least 6 years now and have never had a bad haircut. The place has a great atmosphere and Joe and the staff are all really friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Used to be a good place, but has declined steadily the last couple of years.Went there the other day, and I got a mangy-looking haircut on the back of my head. No apology, no refund. They just told me my hair is naturally like that - guess what, it isn't.

I can’t begin to express the disappointment with this venue, ignoring instruction entirely, using clippers for scissor work, leaving gaps in my hair and sending me off with hair on my face and my hair dripping wet in 6° temperatures! What a joke, unless you’re going for a bang on basic trim go somewhere else, save your money this place is a joke!
