There a good bunch, this team! They are friendly and always smiling. They do a good job with my car every time, I don't take it elsewhere ever! Definitely would recommend .

Best car hand car wash in Birmingham. The staff that work here are really friend and are super fast at cleaning your car to a high standard. The prices range from £5 up depending on what you want. You can tell it's a good wash because of the quality of the cars that use it. I take my car here once or twice a month.

You might have to wait a little bit, but that's no problem. They clean every inch. But, you may have to specify that you want your rims wiped off, because there were still untouched spots on them when they finished mine.

Just very impressed by how hard working and diligent these guys are. They cleaned my car so well, and were very kind. It didn’t take as long as I expected but the results were just amazing. I will definitely come back, and would recommend anyone to them.

Been there twice now but NEVER AGAIN and definitely won't LEAVE MY CAR UNATTENDED there. The first time they washed the car last year, whilst I sat inside they did a passable job but it was quite busy and they missed a few little things such as under the door handles & the window edges as they rushed. I had opted for a particular service/attention to specific detail but they failed to give me what I paid for or requested feigning that they didn't understand when I queried it. As I was desperate to get my car cleaned inside and out and they weren't busy when I was passing 2 days ago I decided to give them another chance - very bad idea. Now my headlights have 'suddenly' stopped working, and not merely due to the controls being knocked around as they poorly cleaned the dashboard - it would appear someone has tampered with my lights...It's far from ideal to discover this as I'm trying to return home when its [now] pitch black and I'm on my own, on a secluded country road when only emergency garages are open. My car's system would tell me if a bulb had gone or the lights had failed yet it thought they were still on. Funnily enough they have a little on-site company that can deal with this sort of issue, if you pay them of course - so draw your own conclusions.Think I'll be making calls to a couple of government agencies to deal with this dangerous, but failed, money grabbing ploy. So, I'm out of pocket and they didn't even benefit. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this place if your life depended on it. At worst they are just SHOCKING SCAM ARTISTS and at best they are CLUMSY and CARELESS.

Very disappointed with silver service. Didn’t clean inside windows lots of smears on glass and dashboard wasn’t cleaned at all. The wheels still had dirt on them also water on car after wash. When I mentioned to one of the guys he just wiped a bit of water by the drivers door and walked off! Will not be using this car wash again.
