Bough my wedding dress here in August 2021.Great service all round, cannot be faulted.Made the whole experience of trying on dresses so nice. Made dress suggestions, i would never have thought off.Will definitely be recommended to family and friends in the future!

I would 100% avoid this bridal store.The store assured me they could get in a sample dress in a particular colour and charged me £50 to cover their cost. I believe the person I dealt with was actually the store manager. She failed to phone me when the dress came in and only after chasing it up myself did I find that the dress was in but in the wrong colour! After several more phone calls over a 3 day period when the manager repeatedly failed to call me back, I finally got to speak to her. I requested a refund as this was not the sample dress I had paid for, but this was refused. Not only that but the manner in which I was spoken to was very upsetting. The store has subsequently failed to reply to any emails. I have never received such rude and unprofessional behaviour.There are many other bridal stores out there in which I have experienced excellent customer service but definitely not this one!

Such lovely people who are chatty and very friendly. I shoot loads of different kinds of businesses in my profession and it's so refreshing to meet people like these.Thanks guys!

So we had booked an appointment for today and although thought the shop looked a bit shabby we were warmly welcomed by the sales girl.Choose a few MOB dresses and found 1 that was ok but not 100%On leaving we saw a dress in window and the other young assistant happily let us try it on and must admit it was lovely.Then. The old lady came out and started what can only be described as rush tactics telling my mum is it the dress you’ll only get to try other hats etc if you tell me it’s the dress. Now who can say this within 5 minutes of trying a special occasion dress on?We asked if we could have 5 minutes to discuss but the old lady said not without her there!! I mean really absolutely ridiculous and never heard the likes of it.She really would be better at Billingsgate Fish market as has no class about her and especially not to sell Bridal!!So she lost a sale and I’ll be sure to let all know that the added sparkle on social media is certainly not what you see in store!!Also woe betide if you as much as touch your mobile phone in store!!Disgusted and we’ll go to High end for purchase!Beware!!!
