Just had 5 nights here with my wife on a touring pitch and my daughter, husband and son were in a safari tent. We all had a great time. The site is kept spot on and toilets immaculate, with regular checks and cleaning through each day. Danny the manager was very approachable and helpful, he does a great job keeping the site in such good order.

The site was clean, flat and well maintained. We stayed one night and enjoyed the company of friends round the firepit!. However… the night was spoiled due to the dogs belonging to the caravans next door. The poor animals were crying incessantly all night. It was freezing cold and they sounded distressed. As dog lovers it was upsetting and kept us awake. We probably won’t be back.

Great wee site and so well laid out. It all looks relatively new with great spacious pitches which are not on top of one another. Toilet block is spotlessly clean and good showers 7off. Very few easy check in and a good information leaflet supplied on arrival. You will however need to use your leveling ramps on some of the pitches but it's not much and I'm just being fussy. Will most definitely come back and only found this by sheer chance as all other sites were full in this area.

This is a very clean well looked after site.with good facilities. Very close to beach. It is located well off the main trunk road so very quite location well worth a stay.special thanks to Danny for his quick remedy to a small problem we had

Another excellent stay at this site! We stayed last year for one night before heading to the Outer Hebrides, and this stay was just as good!Stayed for two nights this time, the facilities (again) were immaculate, and there were plenty of areas to go walks with our dog. Found this beach this time, and had time to stroll across the sand and let the doggo run about for a while.Excellent place, great staff and super easy to find / get around the site!

I've stayed here several times with my family. My husband, daughter and I have stayed at the Argyll pods. Really enjoy having our outdoor space with some under cover seating, the hot tub and fire pit. It's great and still usable in the rain. Also within walking distance is the sister site at Tralee Bay where you have access to a swing park and private beach which is really nice. They also have a fish and chip van that is open usually only at weekends and in the summer. Check their Facebook page, also best to pre order food. Fish n chips from here are really good.The pod themselves are very modern and comfortable with a TV, coffee pod machine, micro grill, kettle, toaster, hob, sink, fridge etc. Double bed and sofa bed which pulls out to another double bed.

The park is laid out very nicely. The pitches are spacious and the site looks very neat and is full of greenery. The facilities are kept clean and the staff is very nice! One of the best sites we stayed at in Scotland.

Great campsite (glamping tents and pods) that also takes motorhomes and caravans.We stayed for 13 nights in a deluxe safari tent. The location is lovely and it is a well-run and peaceful campsite. It doesn't quite have amazing views from the actual campsite, but these are just a short walk away, as is the fantastic beach of Tralee.The first field is for tourers, and then at the top of the field are 5 safari tents followed by three rows of different pods.Our safari tent was well equipped with a two person hot tub, little kitchen (everything except an oven, but there is a microwave), 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and importantly central heating that is surprisingly effective inside a tent! Also with 2 sofas and a smart TV connected to the web. Wifi was also good.Bedding and towels is provided.There is a barbecue and picnic bench next to each tent, but a table on the the veranda would have been better (it's Scotland, you want to be undercover!).We didn't have the best weather, but we wern't bothered by any midges on the campsite.Staff were great - told us about Sutherland Grove just down the road which is a magical spot :-)I almost gave it stars for everything, but you might find another site with good views and you can always pay for more luxury, but this suited us just fine.Storm Betty hit us on our first night with winds of 60mph or so and the tent was fine, if a bit noisy. Shame it wasn't on the weather forecast, but the staff had been tipped off by a sailor.A good location to stay for Oban and the surrounding area.

Stayed 2 nights and agree with comments of well laid out site with plenty of space around pitches. Site well maintained and facilities good. Not a fan of shared mens and ladies toilets so glad of the ladies separate wcs (they were not cleaned however from when we arrived on Saturday night and left on Monday). Only one thing that would stop me returning, which is unfortunate, and I also know I'm probably in a minority here, but I am claustrophobic and couldn't bring myself to lock myself into enclosed shower/w.c. Maybe a wee consideration/suggestion for showers like the separate ladies toilets?
