Really top staff at this store. I ordered a coat online and when I tried it on it didn’t fit however they went above and beyond to ensure that I had an alternative. Ended up having a different coat in different size and I’m very happy with the outcome. Also needed a shirt and the only one left in my size was on the mannequin so they had to fully undress it for me haha. Very friendly experience from everyone. Also the look of the store is great! Thank you

I love Superdry so I may have a little bias however their sale has been terrific. With a generous voucher scheme I was able to update my wardrobe at a fraction of normal retail cost. Plenty of staff on hand to help and boy I feel like a new person. Warning though this sale is addictive I may be back soon!

Really nice and friendly staff and very good choice of clothing. It can be a bit expensive but their garments really do last well and don’t lose their shape after washing. I suppose you get what you pay for! The only downside is their sizes are really misleading and an xxl hoodie is probably a perfect fit for a large but as you can try the clothes on inside the store this is not really a problem just something to remember if ordering online. All in all I really like the store and the clothing.

I been toSaturday 21st of October 2023 around 10.53 am above store , its was misleading customers i took a jacket was quote clearly mentioned the price tag as 89.99 it was xl size and is too large for me and tryed to change large size which is tagged as 99.99 , then i asked the customer service girl who was there she is mentioned that it was wrongly tagged so it means they are mis leading the customers so i totally ignored the product. If it is wrongly tagged why they are keeping show case. They are rude .I been to super dry store in Scotland mainly Aberdeen and Stafford westfield but they very polite and friendly to customers .

I went in to return an item I bought online that was too big.I was greeted by a very pleasant sales assistant who asked if she could help, and she most certainly did. From finding the coat in store, the correct size and a straight forward exchange.Thank you Abigail for your excellent service.

Absolutely love Superdry clothing and this is a great store ! Went in on Saturday to start getting some nice items for my holiday to Zante in a few weeks , everything is great here , staff also very friendly and funny makes it more enjoyable, really happy with my purchases will definitely be back soon to buy more , highly recommended for anyone who wants great clothing and to look fresh for summer ! Thankyou guys

The customer service and the huge choice of clothing in this store are truly amazing and exceptional. Therefore, I recommend this store to everyone !!! I spent a few hours in this store choosing a winter jacket, as I wasn't sure which one to get, as they have so much choice and sizes. The staff has been extremely kind, caring, patient, and attentive, even though it wasn't easy for them to serve me, as I tried various types of jackets and various sizes. I felt so bad staying there so long. Therefore, I would like to mention here and say a huge thank you to: Abi, Sean, Greg, Georgia, Farzaneh, and all other staff in this shop, as they all made me to feel welcome and valued as a customer. Thank you to all !!!
