Charles from the start did an amazing job - where he has decided to focus on a small number of clients you get a very personal service. His experience provides you with good advice on where to pitch your house price when to put it on the market, when to adjust the price etc. etc.throughout the conveyancing he was incredibly proactive in following up on buyers and sellers. You can do a lot worse that let Charles sell your house.

We have very recently purchased our first home through Charles. I don’t know where to begin- he has truly been attentive, thorough and highly professional throughout. He is so personable and nothing is too much trouble.After our first viewing, we wanted a second viewing and he was very prompt in allowing us to do so. Throughout the offering process he was efficient and kept us informed at all stages. We lived 40 minutes from the property so what would usually be quick visits, were not for us. Charles helped us move to a wonderful family home. He is incredibly professional and got to know us as a family. We felt that nothing was too much trouble and that he supported us every step of the way through the first viewing, making an offer and finally completing.Charles contacted us weekly to update us on how things were going which we were really grateful for.
