I wanted a good laptop to do my meetings on and the staff there were lovely and accommodating even when I had a problem with it and they sorted it out ASAP. Kyle and Lori are excellent when dealing with customer service.

Went in to understand if I could sell a laptop monitor. The manager (Sam) said they do not buy them and immediately began serving someone else in a rude and abrupt manner - not even maintaining eye contact. Very unprofessional - especially if he takes this approach when dealing with more vulnerable customers.

Waited 5 days for this store to dispatch my order of a 3DS console, Emailed them after 5 days of waiting just to receive an automated reply saying orders dispatched within 1-2 days, couldn't even be to acknowledge my email!When it arrived it has a faulty bottom screen with virtually no color in the bottom screen! even though this was advertised in full working order in good condition.A complete waste of my time & money, now the hassle of return.UPDATED*** 26/09/23After being promised a refund on the money i was forced to spend returning the faulty console.... this turned out to be lies! the store manager even asked for my address to return the money spent on postage, its disgraceful asking for someone's personal information when you have no intention of returning the money.i email them again today, and they said, sorry we are now ready to arrange return postage for you! 3 weeks later!!!!its already been returned you owe me the return postage costs!Nothing but liars and cheats! You should be fired! this will be a case submitted to the ombudsman.

This shop has no protection when it comes down to selling stolen goods they will purchase the goods without checking if the person has a fake identification they need new processes to be put in place.
