Highly recommend, very professional and accommodating. The facilities are very clean and updated - Oliver and team have helped me out of a jam on more than occasion when I was out of the country.

Living on the Isle of Dogs, if you have a gap between your tenancies, StoreThat is an ideal place to store your stuff. For any questions, just have a chat with the team in the office. Oliver andRichard are super nice. It is a breeze to set up a contract online, after which you can simply visit it as you see fit. Their opening hours (weekdays only) might not be the most friendly for office-goers. But as hybrid workers, we find it acceptable. Facility is clean and well-managed with many size options.

Nothing but compliments from me for this business. I opened a storage unit in October with little hassle and immediate access and have continued to use the service ever since. Location is fantastic and customer service leaves nothing else to be required. A huge thank you to Richard and all the team for your ongoing support and service. This was the first time I ever had to use a self storage in my life. My experience with StoreThat Canary Wharf was nothing but FANTASTIC. I was able to find an empty storage room and complete the process within 2-3 days and that because I took time in deciding otherwise it can be within minutes if you know what you need. My belongings were in storage for 5 months. Oliver Hughes is the manager who handled my case. He is lovely to work with, very responsive, works with your needs , gives you all the options and helps you make the right decisions.The storage facility is A grade. It is clean, safe, easy to access, no bugs, right temperature[cooler] for things to not go bad. I highly recommend using StoreThat at Westferry Rd Canary Wharf.
