We used Mugbusiness Ltd for our charity mugs to sell at stalls and giveaway to donors. The service we received from John and the team was second to none. The products themselves represent excellent value and we have enjoyed great customer service. They are a brilliant company to work with and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Couldn't recommend enough.

MUGTASTIC!At very little notice John and his team produced exactly what we were looking for, excellent service, excellent product and the mug was the star of the show as a gift to our staff as part of our 5th anniversary celebrations. The best mug supplier ever! I have not known any supplier of corporate mugs to go out of their way to produce samples of mugs to ensure we get every element correct. John was fantastic, very professional and incredibly accommodating, he's more like a friend, I would recommend his company to everyone who is looking for good quality mugs with outstanding service!

Absolutely brilliant! A company that really care about customer care and cannot do more for you. John has made the whole experience of this easy for us, sending over designs and samples in an impressive time scale. When we decided what we wanted, we did not have to wait long until our order arrived. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, would definitely recommend and will be using again when we run out of the mugs! Thanks again guys!

I found Mug Business online after a search, and to say the customer service has been excellant is an understatement! John has been enthusiastic, professional, friendly and most of all, he has listened to our requirements and acted upon them. This company is absolutely fantastic to work with. Their customer service is second to none. No request is too big, we were sent a sample after every alteration to make sure we were happy and the quality of the mugs was excellent. Great value for money, couldn't recommend them highly enough. We're placing our second order with them already.
