Very helpful. Advised on service I needed and cost/length of time. As other places had refused to help - cleaning for leather jacket - their knowledge was very refreshing

I picked up my suit and the Suit carrier was missing.Staff member offered no apology and basically inferred I was lying.No offer to provide a replacement and had to be asked twice to even have a look for it.Won't use again and the staff member could benefit from some customer relation training
