Peterborough van hire

Very disappointing experience. Rang up at short notice on a Saturday morning to see if they had a transit van to hire and they did. I arranged collection just before closing time and arrived to take the van away. When I arrived, the van was a 10 year old Renault high roof van, some of the defects were: every panel damaged, missing trim from rear and right hand sides, broken wing mirror, oily steering wheel, cigarette burns to seats, ash all over cabin, coffee and oil stains everywhere, broken cd/radio player. I was told that I had to return it in person on Monday and couldn't drop it off Sunday since it had to be inspected for damage in person! Very rude staff, charged me the same rate as a reputable company even though their van was a disgrace. Refused to refund me anything and told me to write to the Operations Manager" where my letter was ignored and couldn't get a response. There are lots of good van hire companies in Peterborough/surrounding area
