InstaVolt Charging Station

Very good, all work just fine the app responds.

Regular user of this particular site. Always find using app as the easiest option (so recommend downloading app). On the rare occasion one or other point is playing up. InstaVolt customer service always kind and courteous and ever helpful in helping sort out issue.

Easy as ABC, no problem at all, could do with more of these through out the country.

Ended up with an electric courtesy car, after several failed attempts at trying to get a charger to work I was about to give up.Had an appointment at Royal Preston Hospital someone told me to try the instavolt chargers at Booths opposite the hospital, so with some reluctants set off early to get there to charge the car.Instavolt I have to say you have restored my faith in this technology, pulled up followed the instructions tap your payment card no messing about with are you or are you not signed up with them ( I did the night before just in case) card was read, message to say plug car in and press start, it couldn't be simpler, if only all companies chargers were this easy to operate.

This is how all ev public chargers should operate. Simple and seamless, well done InstaVolt. This is now my preferred long distance charging company by far.

Bays are to tight and right on entrance to car park . But apart from that and price . They work as always . Two hours free parking also

1st time user, seemed straight forward, but need to get my head around charging speeds

The instructions on the insta volt charging screen were very clear and simple to use. Using the Insta volt app to charge up my vehicle was straightforward and clear to follow. The insta volt chargers that I used were at the Booths car park, in Fulwood, Preston.

First time charging and works really well would have got 5stars but the dc connector is not long enough for my car (Audi etron) so I had to use both bays to plug the charger in. Parked in left bay to use right charger Was a bit embarrassing when someone came to charge their car as well fortunately the lead on the other charger was long enough as their point was in the grille!

A 5*charging station very easy to use app that I downloaded gives you map locations of all instavolt charging stations. I have used chargers at McDonald's Manchester and Booths Ulverston several times and never had a problem.i wish they would make a home charging point available 5*instavolt I hope the reply is not just an automated response
