Visited me today at quite short notice to remove a substantial wax build up which was causing me pain. Turned up on time, was very friendly and professional throughout. Made me feel comfortable from the first minute and clearly was an expert in this area. Explained the whole process to me before we began, to ensure I was fully aware of each step and checked in with me along the way too.I now have regained my full hearing and it's actually better than it's been for years. After suffering with a a huge amount of pressure and pain in my ear that was causing me to be unable to sleep. I suffered with a suspected mild stroke due to swelling around my head and neck. This prompted me to have the blockage in my ear removed ASAP.The ear specialist managed to fit me in the same day, visiting a relative's house in his area. He was extremely professional and talked you through every stage of the process. I have friends that have said the microsuction process is painful. Not at all with the ear specialist. He was extremely gentle and if I experienced any discomfort at all stopped to make sure I was happy before he continued.The relief when the blockage cleared was instant. No more pain and I can hear like I can't even remember. I feel like I can hear smells now! Genuinely the best money I have ever spent. If you're ever suffering with a blockage get microsuction before it reaches the point I reached! Can't recommend the ear specialist enough!
