Fantastic visit! This is not a very big space but it is packed with interesting items. 3 floors! If you stopped and read everything, you could easily spend a day here. The entrance fee is under £5 and lasts for a year! Best value I have come across. I really did enjoy my experience here and wish I had had more time.

Great place, friendly staff should advertise helpful. I organised a tour for 15 people with Paul, who is very knowledgeable and has plenty of stories. The place is packed with memorabilia connected to the Lancashire Fusiliers, both past and present. Well worth a visit and your ticket of £6.95, or £5.95 for senior citizens, can be used over and over again for the following 12 months. There's a nice airy cafe on the 1st floor and a great gift shop for last minute presents.

Good displays lots of good things to see .The down side is the lift I came here with my boyfriend who was disabled we got stuck in the lift we had to get rescued by the fire brigade we got told we would get a phone call but we are still waiting. The sad part was it would have been nice just to see how we were doing !We might come back but we will not be able to see all the museum neither of us want to risk going into the lift again !

The Fusilier Museum
It had a lovely appearance from the outside. Some interesting history, but tired displays and lighting. Needs a modern pick me up to match the bright foyer and building…

Lovely museum, lot of interesting information. Had lots and lots of displays. Very reading heavy though, some may want to bare that in mind. Quiet which I liked, great little gift shop. Good for kids as had lots of little activities such as fancy dress and puzzles. Not a war fan so I'll be honest it's not my favourite museum but was definitely worth a visit.

The Fusilier Museum is an excellent place to visit. Very interactive and well laid out. A historically well researched and respectful representation of the regiment, past and present. Well worth the entrance fee, valid for visits throughout the year.
