Very rude and unprofessional people,how they manage to get work is beyond me.

We had a very steep single drive with front garden and needed more parking space. Got a few quotes in. Bill was very responsive and he worked to our budget, helped us make decisions and in the end the finished driveway is fantastic and the speed it happened has enabled us to get on with other stuff! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My new resin steps & path looks lovely and is a big improvement on the original concrete however upon closer inspection there are faults with it. As you can see from the photos it's not what I would consider a neat job.Bad points:- Edging joins don't meet in places- Sharp edges left- Excess adhesive not wiped away- Resin bits left in the garden where my dogs could potentially ingest it- Risers boards were not used to match the treads so it looks a bit odd from street level.- Turned up 2 hour later than advised- Didn't have a wheelbarrow with them so they borrowed ours and left a lot of adhesive residue in it.Good points:- Quoted and booked in very quickly- Made safe the steps where concrete was crumbling away with a 4 inch gap underneath where the ground had settled over the years.- Improved look of path & steps and added curb appeal- Used Resin bound rather than bonded which is superior in quality.- Resin has non slip properties and is permeable so water will soak through it rather than pool ontop (safer in winter).- Bill and the lads were pleasant at all times.- Worked the whole time they were at the property (4-5 hours) without breaks.- Kept us informed when they were moving on to each stage of the process- Answered any questions- Were knowledgeable about curing times- 10 year guarantee on the workAgain I reiterate that it does look vastly improved from what it originally was like and the faults are not noticeable at first glance, but given the price of the job I expected more care and a better quality finish.

I would not recommend this company.

I would not use this company as the chap I dealt with on the phone was very unprofessional. He said he would come out and quote today before 12 noon. At 1pm I called to see where he was and he said he forgot! I asked him if he was still coming out today and he cut me off. I can only presume that the standard of work would be as shoddy as their service.
