Please.stop calling me , never had ,wanted ,owned ,or showed any Interest in Time share .where did you get my number from ,what makes you think I have a time share ,

Appalling. I have never had, wanted or shown any remote interest in a timeshare. I get calls three times or so a week and I’m sick to death of it. No one seems able to remove my details from their database. The last one said it’s probably because I’ve been to one of their promotions. Erm, no I haven’t!

They have been told to stop calling as we haven’t had a timeshare but every week they call and get upset when I tell them again to stop. What a useless company they are _ avoid them at all costs. The staff are rude and obnoxiousUpdate - Just had the latest weekly call and they remain rude and obnoxious and don’t seem to understand that having not had a timeshare they are wasting their time.Update - latest weekly call and yes they remain scammers and time wasters. You would think that maybe once in a while they would like to ring someone who owns a timeshare. Just had the second call for this week - they are excelling themselves the muppets

I have asked to remove my name from the marketing list. They just hang up on me. I block and they call again, and again from different numbers. I thought if you ask to be removed from the list it has to happen. What a nuisance.

This company pester me all the time. I have tried opting out with them but they ignore me and continue bombarding my phone with texts. The texts have no BLOCK or REPORT functions, unlike any other texts I get. They are breaking GDPR law but do not seem a bit concerned by that. AND, I DO NOT OWN A TIMESHARE!!!!! This is criminal behaviour.

We had a meeting in November 2016 it agreed that our claim was fully justified we paid an upfront fee of £6,000. We were told that this was take sometime to resolve. We have been told our claim as been passed to the legal department. We have only had two updates since July and these were only at our request. We have passed numerous correspondence from RC although we were informed this would be cancelled. We have now contacted them again and are still waiting for a reply. We have now been informed the company has changed their name to M1 Legal. PLEAS, PLEASE, PLEASE someone contact us to give us an update. As at the moment we are very frustrated and concerned. Although we understood this could take time we think a year is a bit much. YOUR HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. D Nelson

I am sick of these people calling about timeshare. We have reported them to TPS in the past, and yet they continue to hound us, supposedly as part of research". Never want to hear from these people ever again!"

Nuisance callers who keep calling about timeshare refund when we don’t own a timeshare. They call daily and have been reported to the authorities but that doesn’t stop them calling. If I could give no stars I wouldUpdate just had another call - reported them to the phone preferences again but nothing seems to stop them.

Two big mistakes in my life 1] buying a timeshare and 2] making an enquiry with TAC. Little did I know that this would give me a lifetime of unwanted persistent phone calls. I contacted TAC around 6 years ago but after realising their legal fees would be more than the value of the timeshare, I did not proceed with anything. A couple of years later I started receiving the calls, in which they ask for me by name and they quote the details of the timeshare, TAC are the only organisation that I have given this info. The first time I told them I no longer have a timeshare, I was not interested in their services and to remove me from their records. They stopped ringing for a few weeks then it all started again. If they do not get an answer from my mobile they then ring my landline. Despite me blocking their number the landline will still ring. I had yet another call yesterday, [which I mistakenly answered believing their number was blocked] in which they claimed to have sent me an email, and for the umpteenth time I told them I was not interested and to remove my details from their records and not contact me again. I have now complained to TPS about them.
