Took a suit in for alterations and had it back within a week having dropped it off without any appointment needed. Lovely service too. Very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend.

Amazing service!Went last month to have my suit adjusted at the cuffs and was all done earlier than expected. They did a grand job and my suit looks the part now!In addition they went the extra mile by pressing my suit trousers for no extra cost and without me asking them to as a kind gesture.Brilliant customer service, look no further, I will definitely be back again.

The staff and boss are very friendly.I asked to have a few more holes made in a leather belt, which was too large. Straightaway he knew it would be better to cut it down to size from the buckle end, reattaching it afterwards. He was right. He did it there and then and I am incredibly happy with the result and the belt fits perfectly now. The knowledge, experience and skill are definitely worth using to get it right first time and with zero fuss.I am very happy to have used them and would recommend them to others without hesitation.Find them in The Galleries Shopping Centre a little way in from the Broadmead entrance.

I ripped one of my designer hoodies on a fence witch created a massive hole in the sleeve, I went to urban tailor to see if they could help me. I collected my hoodie 20 minutes later and it was all done, not only was the hole fixed but it was also can't tell the hole was even there and all this for a ver fair price. 5 stars would 100% recommend.

The service is fantastic, quick and professional. I had a custom suit made too big and a lot of work to be done to it with just a week before my event and they were able to get it done so well, extremely impressed.

Excellent - I needed some last minute alterations to my embroidered wedding dress, which I was told by the specialist wedding dress seamstress couldn't be done. Urban Tailor did it exceptionally quickly and to such a high standard, without any fuss. Am very impressed and would really recommend.

Absolutely blown away by the quality and speed of service at this tailor. I had two pieces (shirt and waistcoat) that needed altering on a tight deadline for a wedding, and two more without a rush. Rashid completed the entire job way ahead of time and for a very reasonable price! Furthermore, as this was my first time getting clothes altered, he gave very helpful advice along the way to ensure a perfect fit. As a lovely final tough, I was given a complimentary suit carrier when I picked up my order. Wonderful experience every step of the way! I recommend this tailor very highly.
