I was assigned Charlotte Richards for a new house purchase and the service she provided was just outstanding! any queries I had emails were responded to quickly. I had no concerns with the purchase however Charlotte had some of her own queries she wanted to clear with the other solicitors. I've used R N Williams twice now, first time buying, second time buying and selling. Both times I've had brilliant service, specifically from Tony Clark, who was always on hand to answer any queries or questions I had and consistently provided me with clear updates throughout the process.I particularly appreciated how quick and transparent he made the process, it was very much no nonsense and straightforward. This meant I had no worries and was able to sell my house and move into my new property in 3 months despite the backlog from COVID and the busy time of year.Overall fantastic service, would highly recommend.

Exceptional service, we had a very bad experience with another solicitors regarding my late father and his estate.With extremely short notice (10 minutes or less) this solicitors made time for us. They were polite, helpful, very professional and made the whole process very easy. The solicitor that saw us even gave one of us advice on a totally different subject, which he didn't have to do but he did.Even though our experience with this company was brief I would highly recommend them.
