Why are so many KFC's (including this one) untidy and need a wipe around? Greasy doors and ordering screens, unswept floors....please make this one a little better by doing a spruce up before you leave for the day!

Worst KFC I've had unfortunately. Ordered a couple of wraps, the chicken was completely burnt in one of them. I've still got the awful aftertaste in my mouth whilst writing this review. Disgusting.

Only 1 till is going inside, so a little slow if you get stuck behind a person that doesn't know what to order.Friendly service, swapped a wing out when shown it was burnt with no bother.Place looked clean and had outside seating which was nice option in the sun.

Went for lunch with my grandson. Good choice of menu. Food hot and very fast service. Friendly staff. Had to use the toilets and found them to be very clean. Overall very impressed

It is just another KFC at the end of the day. This probably is one of the fastest serving ones outside of London though. Usually you order and have to wait an age before yout food is ready but this one was pretty quick.

Came yesterday. Was waiting 45 minutes for the foodGot back to Brough to discover half the order missing and the chicken looked and tasted like it had been cooked in engine oil!Totally disgusting and inedible. When was the last time the oil was changed ?!?

Can’t fault the food. But staff wise . It was like a playground full of children. Another customer wanted to speak to a member of staff and was politely shouting to get someone’s attention as no one was at front of house. I then tried to help him while leaning over and shouting very loud and still no response. No clue as to what’s going on out front as they aren’t watching but too busy screaming and singing like little kids. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone robbed them without them even knowing. Just ate our food and left quickly as was not a nice enjoyable atmosphere to eat in

I'm usually happy with the service from KFC (The Beacon), but what I've received this time has been bad. I ordered a 10 piece (Family Feast), but I have only received chicken legs with my order. There's usually a variety, but all I have been given is chicken legs this time. I won't order from The Beacon in the future.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with large fries, but when I got home it was normal fries and only 2 pieces of chicken. Won't go there again
