Had a great experience with Jamie and Mark. The price for the car was reasonable in comparison with other dealers in UK, and they knocked some discount off also.All service history came as promised and 6 month warranty. They also ran the car through MOT for another 12 months.Nice selection of cars here, I would have no hesitation buying from them in future.

Very bad customer experience. Went all the way from Bangor to look at/buy a C class Mercedes last Friday afternoon, walked around looking at the cars for about 30 mins, no salesman came near us. Went into the offices but salesman was making a phone call and showed no interest. We hung around for a few minutes and then left in disgust. The car I was interested in has been there for at least 1 month, now I know why, if potential customers are treated like this.

Service is a bit disappointing, not really listening to the customer.Still, they carry a great stock of modern rims and if you can't find it there, you won't find it.

*Warning* so noone has to go through what we did.They sell faulty cars, with serious expensive faults not worth fixing. Warranty gets you nowhere with them. Stay clear of this scrap yard. Lovely shiny cars to take off your attention from whats going on inside them. Lost a lot of money as a result. Only got to drive the car 7 months.
