I can’t imagine my life without Laura in it! Her knowledge and passion for supporting and improving my wellbeing has transformed the way I see myself and how I prioritise my well-being. Her ‘magic hands’ have made a difficult period in my life so much more manageable; my menopause symptoms virtually nonexistent now following a course of menopause reflexology.I arrive stressed and uptight and leave feeling relaxed and calm. She creates a little haven of tranquility and mindfulness that I look forward to every week. Thank you for helping me recognise I am worth it. X

Clarity Holistic Therapy
I have been having treatments with Laura for almost a year, first of all massage and , more recently, Reflexology.She is wonderful at both.I usually have a neck, face and back and shoulder massage as I have neck problems and this helps release all the knots and gives me freedom of movement and relaxation.Recently i have have been having Reflexology regularly, again ironing out lots of problems.The calm atmosphere and Laura's expertise leave me really relaxed - I go home and crash out.She is highly recommended as a therapist.

Clarity Holistic Therapy
Laura gave me the most wonderful facial reflexology treatment. It was the first time I had experienced this therapy and she made me feel so comfortable - I felt that I could trust her completely. I drifted off during the treatment (rare for me) and afterwards, she fed back on key reflexes that she had worked; and hit the nail on the head in terms of problematic areas for me. Fascinating and so rejuvenating, thank you. :) x

Laura is amazing. I have been visiting Clarity Holistic Therapy for more than a year having facial reflexology for help with migraines. She has worked wonders and I now have fewer migraines and also made me focus on my own well-being. Highly recommended

Since moving away and not wanting to miss Lauras wonderful Zone face lift and facial reflexology sessions - Laura offered them virtually.They are so rewarding - each session is explained expertly with Lauras deep knowledge and passion of the subject.Very bespoke sessions are carried out to my requests and finishwith a lovely meditation practice.I must say my face is surviving well through Lauras expert teachings.The bonus being that I now know how to treat myself In between sessions!!!Laura is a lovely approachable therapist and I would not hesitate to recommend xxx

I’ve been having reflexology with Laura for 6 months and I can’t imagine having to miss out on my monthly treatment.My monthly visit is like a therapy session and a treatment all in one, I pour my heart out, I laugh and I cry, sometimes all in the same session. While friendly and welcoming Laura is professional and really knows her stuff. Visiting Laura is like visiting a good friend and I leave looking forward to my next visit.

I went for a facial answer Indian head massage. Laura was very professional she took me through the treatments making sure I understood what she was going to do. She made feelsafe and asked me to let her know if I felt uncomfortable with any of the treatments.I had 2 amazing treatments and came away feeling amazingI would recommend Laura she is the complete package!

Laura is an amazing therapist, she’s very knowledgable, caring & attentive to my needs. I have regular Reflexology treatments & massages that make a huge difference to my well-being both mentally & physically.
