A great studio! There's a great selection of classes. The instructors are friendly and welcoming (other class members are too) - it's a great community. Instructors take the time before class to gauge mood and energy levels to cater for everyone. Instructors are helpful at offering alternative solutions to a pose if you have an injury. The city centre location is great.

I've been going to the free meditation sessions here run by The Mindfulness Tree. It's a lovely, relaxing environment.

The management is unprofessional , unfair and their way of treatment is bad , studio doesn’t have a receptionist nor a number where you can call during emergencies
