I call 6 time from Thursday part department every time they say staff is off today thats way we are not running part department and i called again today and they said staff lose his father thats way our part department is close what a rubish service i would like to say arbury group what kind of business you running where you only have one staff member and everyday they make excusesVery disappointed service i came to dealership for few time for service history and always saying system down sorry

Whilst wondering about the lot no one was even about the lot let alone came to check if we were okay. Low stock currnelty due to silicon shortage and lot appeared very empty.

It says open online, it’s not a bank holiday and the place is closed! I traveled to get here, you need to update your online opening hours!!! It’s 28/12/22 when do you open?
