I couldn’t be more happier with how I was looked after , from design to supply and completion Thank u guys such an amazing result and professional. Unsure how they do any business as they offer absolutely no customer service.We have 3 bathrooms to renovate and I've stopped by this showroom twice. Once on my own and once with my husband (this was today). Both times we've been ignored and haven't been asked if we need any help. I'd understand if the place was busy and they were run off their feet however I've never seen another customer in there.It's a shame as they look to have some nice design ideas however we'll be taking our money somewhere else.

The store showcased a stunning display, yet the customer service was disappointingly poor. I sensed a lack of respect towards customers. Despite being informed about a waiting period for design, reaching the designer was challenging. Multiple attempts via phone calls and emails yielded no response. Regrettably, based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

What an incredibly beautiful showroom, the guys at living space really know luxury design! From the initial consultation to the fittings stage, I was at every point offered an unprecedented bespoke experience by Rob and the rest of the wonderful team who listened to what I had envisioned in mind and made my dream bathroom a reality. Honestly 10/10 can’t recommend this place enough, thank you so much :)
