Very happy with our purchase, delivery was spot on and arrived as promised. Mr Khan was kind enough to negotiate on price and was very reasonable. He made sure the product measurements suited our needs and there was no pressure in the sale. I'd highly recommend. I found it more reassuring that we could see the product in person before purchasing, contrary to online retail outlets.

The staff of homeflair are so helpful and friendly . We have had a few orders from them now and are very satisfied with the quality of sofas and the delivery drivers Z they cannot do enough for you . I would definitely recommend going there for your new furniture . A lovely family run business

Delighted with our garden furniture. It was a bit delayed but understandable given the current circumstances and the staff were always really helpful and really easy to get in contact with especially Rebecca. Chris was super at delivering it all and I was delighted how easy it all was to set up. The furniture looks great and is really good quality. Thank you and would definitely recommend this store.

Terrible service. Order goods on 1st of month 7 days delivery. Finally managed to speak to someone on 20th of month to say good won't be in stock until middle of next month. Offered alternative for additional money delivery within week. Agreed. No delivery, alternative has been sold to someone else. Mr Khan refused to speak to me, when asked for a refund told to put in writing another 7 to 10 days for money. 7 weeks they've had money, no goods, appalling service. Will comment if I ever get my £700 back. Very funny as well that only good reviews are from staff or family of Mr Khan.

Was a few days out of the 28day return policy and although there is no cost to Homeflair in these hard times they will not accept the return.Wilkos has the same policy but in good will issued a credit on items I got, shame they didn’t have enough wallpaper at the time.I would not use them again.

I could not be happier with my experience buying my sofa from Homeflair. I shopped around but could not find the sale sofa at a better price. The staff in store were friendly, they helped me with my purchase without being pushy. The sofa arrived when they said it would and the 2 men that delivered the sofa were respectful and did a great job. I would highly recommend this store/company, and I would most definitely return.

Bought a egg swing and the day bed from here and had no issues. Sue was friendly and helped us sort everything. They have a good selection of stock and we will be back in the future for other garden furniture.

We to look at furniture. Owners very friendly and helpful, not pushy for you to buy. My wife and I were left to look around to make up our minds on what to buy. Will go again, plenty of furniture to see. Recommend a visit.

Please stay away from this company. Never believed bad reviews until faced problems myself. Ordered garden furniture for over a grand and a cover for it. Kept chasing it for ages. Received furniture without cover after. Promised to deliver in 3 weeks time. It took 3 months and in the end refunded money as couldn't provide stock and I was sick and tired of keep ringing and emailing every week....Company full of lies and empty promises
