i would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a ford Fiesta Zetec S from this garage thinking he was an honourable gentleman that was giving me a good deal. This could not have been further from the truth, after a couple of months all warning lights where present on my dashboard i took it to a garage and they have told me there was wires showing on my front tyre, both axle bushes on the rear wheels needed redoing, my heat shield was broken and i would need a new oil pump and a full engine rebuild which in turn wrote off my car. i called the garage to discuss if any deal could be made and he was very dismissive and said he knows the law and the car comes with no warranty. Asked me to send a letter to him but after looking at the previous reviews what is the point as this seems to happen often. by chance I listed the car on Facebook market place to sell as spares or repairs and the old owner who sold it to this garage responded to me and said he used to own the car and although it looked beautiful it was riddled with problems and when he sold it to Burnaston garage he was told they would burn it. if you value your life I would not advise buying a car from this garage as one of the cars he is selling is surely going to end up killing someone soon. The man should be ashamed for the customer service he has delivered and for selling faulty cars to make a living.

Excellent,friendly customer service and good quality cars.Myself and my family have bought cars from here over the years and the cars have always been in great condition and well presented. My recent purchase didn’t disappoint, it’s my son’s first car and he’s over the moon with it! The car is in excellent condition inside and out with a new MOT. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on what they have for sale in the future as I know I’ll be getting a good car from here!

Not someone I would buy a car (or anything else from)

Bought a used vectra from here 2 weeks ago with a negotiated price as there were apparent faults. (Fair enough and was reasonable about it all)After owning the car for two weeks many more faults came apparent including cruise control not working, speed limiter not working, aux port not working, wheel bearings knackered, excessive vibrations around 70-80mph, half the reversing sensors not working. Stank of smoke from him driving it for a week.After calling to discuss the return he laughed at the prospect and got snarky about giving his email (which FYI Stuart, isn’t listed anywhere. I’m assuming to make it more difficult to have recorded means of communication for evidence should small claims court be involved)Tried to stall us by saying he needed to get his solicitors involved.We showed up out of the blue (even though his email said he was unavailable for a week) and low and behold he was available.We immediately requested the refund which was processed quickly to his credit.One the payment had gone through however he then proceeded to turn snarky and bitter making snide comments about affordability to run the car and us not having our facts right. Even though The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states very clearly used car buyers rights (it also made 30mpg so not to bad compared to some cars out there) and that he’s never had to return a car in 30yrs.Would walk into the sun before even thinking about buying a car from Stuart again.Should of seen the three other reviews on google before going to him. Speaks volumes for his personality and attitude towards customers after sales car.

Car we bought had 2 cracked and perished tyres fitted, was filthy inside, advertised as having service history but has none and not even an owners handbook, clutch nearly dead and almost empty oil tank. The car is also very lumpy on idle. Our mechanic says it's because all the filters are clogged and haven't been changed in around 8 years or so.We asked the seller a couple of questions and he laughed and made patronising comments. We only bought it as we were desparate for a car after our last one broke down. We should have walked away.This guy wasn't interested and says it doesn't come with a warranty. What did we get for £1800? Should've bought on eBay and it would have been £400.

Disappointing I would not recommend
