Went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my new crepe rubber soles were replaced correctly. Excellent work and my kicks now look great again.

Usually a bit cautious about kiosks in tube stations but was recommended this place by a friend. Had a pair of brogues overhauled, superb job done. Very impressed. Great service, the whole repair process was explained before hand and had updates on progress. Definitely will use again

The worst and dishonest service.Due to its prime location have been using their service for a while without checking the reviews. Big mistake!In the pas changed batteries at Fresh Collection for 3 watches. 2 of them have stopped working before the 1 year guarantee for the battery given by Fresh expired!Then recently, I got 3 keys cut- how can you get this wrong? Brought freshly cut keys and they got stuck in the lock. Today I brought the keys back and asked them to fix it. They cut new 3 keys. This time I have checked newly cut keys against the original and noticed that one was different and not cut properly. I pointed it out to the Fresh worker. He assured me that it would work. I brought keys checked and the one that was not cut well did not fit into the lock. So I got fed up with their non-existent service and came back and asked for refund. Fresh said they don't do refunds!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Family run business which takes pride in bespoke work. Recently I have fixed my Pandora chain, using silver, and weeks later it is still in tact.Sam had been very attentive to my request and made sure I was well looked after.

Can highly recommend! Had a pair of smart shoes re worked with new white soles added. Excellent and affordable result turned round in a few days. Very helpful and personable service too.

I came here with a very old and sentimental watch that belonged to my father and hadn't worked for 24 years. Sam couldn't have been better - he took a look at the watch, showed me exactly what would need to be done and explained how it would be repaired. He assured me that they'd take great care of it - and they did. My father's watch came back looking brand new and working for the first time in years. I can't thank you enough for taking such care and understanding what it meant to me - it's customer service of the highest standard. I'll certainly be back.

Sadly I was charged a premium price for a terrible service. I took a chance on this place purely because of the convenience of location… but I actually can’t believe the result. My favourite shoes are completely destroyed rather than repaired. I couldn’t be bothered to argue with him and just accepted the loss. I’ve since gone back to my original cobbler who’s a little out the way but I know I’ll get a good service. Wish I’d read the reviews first. I never usually write bad reviews, only good ones, but couldn’t not write about this. What a shame.

Fast and customer friendly service made suitable for my situation. I was in a hurry and they fixed my shoes within the hour! Heroes of the day!
