I came down to Newcastle and purchased earings (helix) for £12. I placed them on my ear and the gem came out. I am not happy at all as I can't bring them back to this Claires as I am returning home from a vacation. I am not happy with the service as staff members spent most there time chatting. Also they reccommended this product . I am extremely frustrated and disappointed!I wouldike a refund at my local store.

I had my ears pierced there yesterday and it’s the best piercing I’ve ever had, girl who did it was great totally put me at ease and found the best spot to do the piercing. I’ve had no swelling no soreness at all, I keep forgetting I’ve had them done, totally different experience to the other piercings I’ve had on my ear lobes at other places which have ended up infected despite following aftercare. Would 100% go to Claire’s for my next piercing.

Don't think I have ever met a more rude or unhelpful assistant than I have today at metro centre. Will certainly not be shopping there again

This is a good store with a decent choice of it's size. It can get a bit cramped on busy shopping days but the staff are always very helpful.
