Have been looking for a Mercedes GLC 350d for a few weeks and found one at PGI. from the first enquiry via email to the delivery of the vehicle the whole process has been seamless. David was very open and honest regarding the vehicle and gave me a very generous part exchange price for my Audi A7. I hadn't seen that PGI did free delivery of the vehicle and living 158 miles away it saved me alot of my time. Was contacted by Paul the delivery driver the day before to arrange a mutual time and on the day was bang on time. Paul gave me a quick run through of the vehicle controls and then I had a test drive. Vehicle was immaculately prepared so decided to buy. Transferred the funds and the job was complete. I have never in 54 years of driving had such a positive purchasing experience. Thanks to David and his team and thanks to Paul for the 0400 start and early delivery.Well deserved 5 stars all round

This isn't an easy message to write and in fairness I never thought I should have to but nearly this time last year I purchased a range rover sport from PGI and from day 1 had numerous issues. Brakes weren't working (red flag) like literally wouldn't stop the car. Then in fairness got it in for repair however things escalated from there and each time I drove away hoping to enjoy the car more things went wrong. Coolant system went wrong, car went into limp mode, dashboard was pebbledashed with warning lights and time after time had to go back. Promised alloys to be refurbished,promised to sort the issues I stated but never did it. Said he was always so busy but no Customers seemed to be in sight. The owner gave me a 6 month warranty on the car which for the first 2 months of ownership was void as I didn't have the car as it was permanently in the workshop. All the wasted journeys turning up to get things fixed or to pick up the car dragging my wife out her work to pick me up or drop me off and it wasn't ready. Saying he would top up the air con but never did. Good salesman and told me what I wanted to hear and completely sold me out but i will never buy from PGI again. I have just spent over £2500.00 sorting the wrongs that should have never been wrong in the first place just to make it safe to drive and be what the car should be. I haven't even been able to do any more than 5000 miles this year due to it being parked up or in the garage. All the mechanics and valeting staff couldn't be more helpful throughout, but i am disappointed that this experience wasn't a positive one. Really make sure you know what you're buying. Good luck.
