Fixed my blackberry (not easy to find a repair for a blackberry) quickly at a reasonable price, and a did an extra repair for free. phone works great. Lab in a WeWork so got some work done while i waited. All good.

Highly recommend this service.The original battery arrived next day. I was explained all details. I could sit in the waiting area and read my book during waiting. My phone was ready in 45 minutes. Brought my drone in for a diagnosis and ended up being a cable replacement. Cant thank Daniel enough. Extremely helpful on the online webchat and I dropped the drone in the following day and was ready within a week. Service was excellent and was very happy to pay to have the cable replaced and have the drone back. Thanks guys.

Great service from Daniel at Fix Factor in Oxford St. He was extremely professional and very adept in replacing my MacBook Pro battery. I managed to get it back within an hour of dropping it off which was amazing considering going to the Apple store would have taken 3 trips and over a week to get the repair done. The pricing is excellent too.Would highly recommend Fix Factor for anyone looking to repair their Mac.Thank you Daniel you are a star!

I took my Android-powered BB Priv smartphone to Fixfactor to have its battery replaced and, while online they promise a one-hour / while-you-wait turnaround, they had it done in c.15 minutes. Their workshop is tidy; their service, efficient and friendly. When I'd initially called them to check whether they had parts in stock they told me when the next batch was coming in, and kept their promise to phone me to confirm. Would definitely recommend / will likely use them on any future phone or laptop matter.

Highly recommend. Amazing service from Daniel! He resolved my issue quickly and was very pleasant, helpful, professional and most importantly, honest. The issue my laptop had was very minor and he was transparent about this, which was a big deal for me considering I had seen someone else about the same issue and they had quoted me a massive amount for something I now know was a small fix. Whenever you have a broken handset or some more complex problem with your IT hardware, those guys are the best pick.Very, enthusiastic about the work they do, they knew the trade second to no one, from software issues in both PC and Apple environments. Though hardware service (they do not stop at phones and computers as they were able to repair sophisticated measuring laser device for me too!!) to data recovery FixFactor is trusty, reliable partner as your IT backup. I recommend them strongly!

My experience was overall positive. I wanted to have the keyboard of my Macbook Air fixed and a replacement battery installed so I could give it to a friend as a present. Although it took longer than anticipated, this wasn't Daniel's fault. What I really appreciated was that he kept me informed of the delay, why it was happening and how much time was required. This is good practice: being able to manage the customer's expectations. The cost of repair was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend Fixfactor to others!
