Recently ordered a fingerprint keepsake for my boyfriend and the quality is amazing! I used a photo of my late sister's fingerprint and I'm so glad that they were able to use it!.

Wow. Just wow. My daughter was born sleeping and I asked for a pendant to be made with life-sized copies of her foot and handprint. Jeff was very helpful and made a custom size pendant for me. The communication was fantastic and I could not be happier with the outcome. I will cherish this item for the rest of my life and it will bring so much comfort. Thank you just isn't enough.

I received my heart thumb print necklace at the beginning of December and I am absolutely delighted with it, the quality and appearance is beautiful. Jeff was very helpful when ordering and helped me choose the best finger print of my late Dad for the pendant. It arrived within the 3 weeks as promised and was packed in a lovely box and voile bag. Thank you so much for the perfect gift for Grandma's 70th birthday. We ordered the gold heart pendant and chain with our son's hand and footprint. His name and dob are engraved on the back. The pendant is such beautiful quality with a lovely weight to it. The prints are amazing despite us struggling to get good quality prints from our wriggly 8 month old. It looks incredible on the adjustable gold necklace. Grandma had tears in her eyes when she opened it and says she will cherish it forever. We paid for the priority service to try and get it before her big day. It arrived with 5 days to spare despite it saying on the website that gold items may not be able to be fast tracked. Communication was excellent throughout too. We can't say enough thank yous for this incredible gift

I ordered memorial earrings for my niece for her birthday. I asked Melanie and Jeff if it was possible to get them before her birthday. I knew it was a push for them so didn't think it likely. They however exceeded my expectations when they arrived a few days before. Really thoughtfully packaged and beautifully made. Very happy to be able to give them to my niece as a lovely way to remember her Nan. My Mum would have loved them too! Thank you both!

I have ordered 4 necklaces from Hold upon heart with my grandmas fingerprint. 2 family tree lockets 1 mandala locket and 1 heart pendant. They are absolutely stunning, so perfect I cried when I opened the box. Lovely way to remember my grandma for me my sisters and mum. And made extra special with her handwriting on the back (for no extra cost) so so happy with them all! And I emailed a query before I ordered as i wasnt sure the fingerprints were clear enough, they responded to me quickly. Honestly can't recommend this company enough!! Thank you so much

Ordered a keyring with handprints and names for a birthday present. The staff were really helpful and accomodating of a minor change to the design. Good communication and the keyring came pretty quick considering items are individually made to order. Really happy with the finished product and would recommend.
