Exclusive birthday party this morning for my 5 year old. Exclusive is perfect! My little one had the best day surrounded by her friends and family. Staff were excellent, Karen went above and beyond, sorry I didn't get all staff names, but every one of them were just excellent. The disco dome was ace too. I highly recommend. Clean, presentable, safe and fun. Worth every penny spent. Thank you ❤️

We had a party, £130 for 10 kids. Ripped table cloth, party room stank musty and other mums saud the same, kids food was cold thay didn't eat it. 2 nugget i slice of pizza and chips no other option available! No healthy snacks. Not good at all for the money, and got the times mixed up of the party i booked

This place is an absolute nightmare and it’s a shame because the play area itself is a good play! It’s RIDICULOUSLY over priced for very low end food and drink, you also have to pay for the adult when it’s already the highest price around! £2.75 for a normal coffee out the jar, £5 something for 3 nuggets and a few chips and waited nearly two for it when it wasn’t even busy and the wait at the coffee bar for drinks and snacks was also ridiculously long! The girls were nice though but as someone else said, if they want the custom they used to have then they need to up their game

Attended on a Saturday where it was extremely busy and only 2 staff were working, we ordered a kids nugget meal which came with 3 hard nuggets and hard chips, no beans because they said they don’t come with the meal anymore.for the price you should get beans…. the food has gone very downhill. There needs to be more than 2 staff on weekends where it is busy. Also it was freezing cold inside i actually kept my coat on because it was that cold, overall the children had a lovely play with the toys but something needs to be done about the food and coldness.

Booked a birthday party for 10 kids (7yr olds) on a Saturday 11am-1pm. Staff were really good throughout booking process and even made tuna sandwiches especially for my daughter as she said they were her favourite when asked at booking. We had the cold party food option which went down well with the children. On arrival, we dropped off the cake and candles at the reception desk and then we were straight through to a reserved large table near the party room which had jugs of juice and cups ready. We also asked for a water jug and this was quickly provided, the staff were very attentive. The party room was well organised with party hats, tooters and balloons; the food laid out and covered. The staff member who managed this element was lovely with the kids and they really enjoyed the dancing and party games. The kids enjoyed the soft play and football area, it was fairly quiet so they mostly had it to themselves until closer to midday when another kids party arrived but even then there was plenty of room for all. On leaving we were provided with pre-filled party bags including a balloon and slime pot, plus a slice of cake we provided cut up.Thank you Round the Twist for making the party so easy, we had a great time!

Great for kids, bit cold for the parents as no heating in the seated area.

My children left in tears and asking to never go there again yet they love(d) soft play.We turned up here with a baby, 2 year old and 3 year old. We ordered food and this came out extremely late and was dry and tasteless.Our 2 children were playing in the soft play when we were about to call them for their food. All of a sudden we couldn’t see them but we could hear them crying. My partner ran into the soft play to find them whilst I walked around the outside with baby in arms.At the bottom of the slide sat some older children with big balls they wedged up the slide then sat leaning against them.Our young children had gone down the slide and come to an abrupt stop into these huge balls. Other kids were still going down the slide not knowing the situation so our children were getting squished. We had to screamAnd shout at these kids to get them to move to save our little ones (I’m not violent but they’re lucky they moved when they did).Our two children were in absolute hysterics, in pain and crying. The kids laughed and their parents didn’t give two hoots. We complained to the woman behind the till after standing there shouting for someone’s attention for 5 minutes. She said there was nothing she could do as there is no age limit to soft play and would offer a small amount of money off for next time.We did not accept this offer of course as our children did not want to go there again, understandably. We left there £40 lighter with empty tummies, heart broken children and ended up going straight home to comfort our little ones. Absolutely appalled at the parents and staff. Didn’t care.I’d recommend getting rid of those big round balls as they’re the perfect size to block the tubed slide! This no doubt will keep happening

I give 2 star becouse the food is disgusting and staff is rude. A very good place to play, lots of space and attractions. Coffee is good. If you take out own food is well be nice place to play. Remember to check if they are open before you arrive, they don't update opening hours when they have a closed events

Pleasant afternoon with great grand children. Large range of equipment, spacious, parking, food available.

Would not recommend this soft play at all. It was disgusting, the equipment, floor, tables were all dirty looking. The staff were perfectly nice but it was clearly understaffed. Took almost 15 mins for me to be order, 40 mins to get the drinks (after the food arrived and asking twice). The kids lunchbox came on greasy looking plates and the fries were solid. I'd seen them reusing teaspoons that had just been randomly left on the counter to make fresh drinks and my Husband's diet Pepsi was that awful I had to ask them to replace it with a coffee. The coffee cup which was crusty! Its a reall shame because the space and some of the equipment show a lot of potential but I won't be going again.
