First time using this business and WOW absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend. Bought tyres from here and you get a loyalty card too, so managed to get a free car wash added! This business is definitely my new tyre to go to place.

Went this summer and bought four replacement tyres. One has developed a slow puncture so went to replace and discovered they had fitted the incorrect tyre size on all four wheels. A company that deals in tyres should know what they are doing. Will not be returning and would not recommend!!

Tyres were sold all to be 7mm which they wasn’t, make sure you check them thoroughly when you’re buying of these lot. Most tyres have been repaired previously which they won’t tell you. I have 2/4 tyres fitted go flat the next day which were previously repaired and they didn’t want to change them for me willingly. These lot will con you which is a shame because some of the lads are decent there.

Awful place. Sell dodgy tyres. Management tell you they're going to splatter your face all over their car park, absolutely shocking behaviour.

In the morning I noticed I have a flat tyre, so I went to find the nearest garage for a part worn tyre. I found Pitstop and see that they did have some good review so I went. Staff are extremely nice and friendly.However after changing my flat tyre with a part worn, I then set of on my journey to Newcastle. After driving about an hour on the motorway the tyre had popped. I called pitstop straight away and they did offer a refund if I bring the tyre back which I did the next day.Needed to spend another £90 for a call out and a new tyre.Can't fault their customer service but big huge question on their part worn tyres.......

Expensive - Charged 75 Pounds More for same job that I then went and got dealer quote for which was cheaper than what was paid here. Also I'm pretty sure they may have made up some work... charge dealer labour for side garage quality work...

Fantastic service received, they went above and beyond to meet my needs.I called in for 4 replacement tyres.Complimentary valet too, which was highly appreciated.The team are friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended, always super helpful and has huge stock available. Very good prices also. If they don't have your tyre in stock they will ring around to try and get one.
