Cannot faullt them. I explained that my husband had died the day after i brought the car but it took me over 6 weeks to go and tell them of a couple of minor repairs and a slow puncture.They were fixed immediatly and I was sent to a tyre place where the tyre was also sorted. Lovely chaps and very understanding. Exceptional service and I highly recommend them. Great car too!

I bought a car from these guys on may 1st and the first problem occurred on may 4th lolThese guys do not service cars especially if part ex but they do offer a 3 month warranty.The car went in a further 5 times with various issuesI will say though that they really looked after me until issues were sortedChoose these guys and you won’t be dissatisfied they did all they could to make me happy .., happy driving

Really nice people to deal with. Very accommodating: had no problem with me putting down a holding deposit and arranging a full AA inspection of the car I was planning on buying from them. Then they sorted out the little issues the report threw up. When I went down they picked me up from the station and combined a test drive with the drive back to the garage, so gave the car a good run. 3 month warranty on the car, all the paperwork sorted quickly, even let me use their PC to tax the car.

A very pleasant experience. As we all know, buying a second hand car is not the best job. Having seen numerous supposedly hpi clear vehicles that had been poorly sprayed and repaired it was with relief that we found top gear car sales to be a genuinely straight and pressure free team. Finn was very helpful and they all went that little bit above and beyond to get us what we wanted and to enable us to drive away the same day as it was a 2 hour journey. A refreshing change to find people who actually are bothered about your experience, not just your money. They provided the hpi report and set up road tax etc as part of the £99 admin fee. Access by road is easy and close to motorways, there is a petrol station and McDonald's right opposite.

Baught a car from these guys few months ago and I have not had a single issue with them. Everyone is friendly and had such great service whenever I needed it. They will look after you and therefore I will definitely recommend TopGear to anyone looking for a car

We purchased a Mazda CX5 from Top Gear and in the ensuing 8 months returned it several times for a DPF fault to be sorted. They were very helpful in trying to sort it and had various outside services in to try to resolve the issue. Eventually they refunded our money in full without argument as the issue could not be resolved. Can't fault them in relation to their willingness to help and their legal responsibilities. Hopefully this will reassure potential buyers.

Great place that provided excellent service. A good selection of cars by a family run business. If visiting, ensure you ask for 'Fin'. A very genuine, caring and attentive sales person. I travelled over 200 miles to get my car from here and I was very happy I did.
