Carlsberg don't do Estate Agents but if they did, they'd probably be called Lucas Sales & Lettings!!We recently sold and purchased through Lucas and the process was seamless start to finish. Sam in particular was instrumental in how smoothly things ran and went above and beyond to make sure all our housing wants were met.The whole of the Lucas Team are incredibly professional, friendly and approachable, and their local knowledge really is second to none. If anyone is looking to sell, buy, let or rent out their property then look no further!10/10

Hi, Been dealing with the Lucas team for many years now and never had an issue, bought through them and all was handled professionally and with extreme efficiency, sold Mum's house with them and you should have seen the presentation and photography, that sold that house for sure and what a pleasant experience. Now using their letting service and everything works very well, excellent maintenance service at very good rates and that gives a happy & landlord; very well done to all the team. Shame there is only 5 stars!

Over the last 15 years I have used several letting agents in Kettering to find tenants for my rental property. Lucas Lettings are, by far, the best. Everyone I dealt with in the office was very friendly, helpful, professional and customer service orientated. They worked very hard to secure a suitable tenant that met my requirements (e.g. non-smoker, no pets) and never once tried to encourage me to settle for less. They always kept me updated regarding potential tenants' upcoming viewings and their subsequent feedback. I would highly recommend Lucas Lettings.

I can't recommend Lucas estate agents highly enough. I found them very friendly, honest and professional making the the process as pain free as possible. Communication's where excellent, the team worked really hard getting my property lots of viewings and ultimately a good price, bang on the valuation. I chose Lucas estate agents because they where straight with me from the word off with no silly sales patter! I was't disappointed, thanks for your efforts.
