Millgate Multi Storey Car Park
Too expensive, difficult to find your way round. No communication.At first I couldn't find out how to pay. There was a sign for an office which I couldn't find, maybe because it was closed. Eventually after wandering round entire floor level fruitlessly, I found a machine at the far end of the building on the next level. They are apparently only on alternative floors. I had to go in to Debenhams for some change. Ok I'll know for next time, but this episode took 20 minutes, and I couldn't tell the folks in the car what was happening, no mobile signal .

Too expensive and badly designed. Charges aren't made clear until you have gone down the one way entrance and can't turn back, and only then do you find out it's not even free to drive straight through to the exit and immediately leave.

Don't enter by accident they don't give you 15 minutes free, It's pay online/app except there's no signal inside.

Very limited signage on where you pay , looks like a typical town ctr multi storey car park with a difference this 1 closes at 7pm on a Saturday and doesn't reopen till 7am Mon meaning if you don't notice it in the small print on the limited signs you lose your car for the weekend and av to get a taxi 30 miles back home like I did ,

Millgate Multi Storey Car Park
It is the first time I parked inside this carpark. There are two car parks in the Grand Arcade Shopping Centre. Actually this one is further away from the shopping mall. Nevertheless, the parking charge of both venues seems to be identical. Besides, you can find cheaper options nearby. Of course, this indoor carpark provides better care and higher security to your car if you don't mind paying a higher cost. The parking space is reasonable. However, the illumination can be enhanced. It is quite dark even in daytime.

Missed this car park first time round (badly signposted), had to go all way round one way system, finally got in at 6.50pm ish. Was locked in on returning at 10pm, hadn't seen the signage smallprint In the dark that says closes at 7pm, though I wandered around trying to find somewhere to pay and was there past 7pm, gates still open but couldn't find a pay machine or staff. There were other cars on the next level,so not sure if they were locked in too....Last time I travel to Wigan, I only came to Christmas do and only stayed few hrs.Never again.

Millgate Multi Storey Car Park
It's easy to make a wrong turn and end up in this car park, especially if you don't know the area and are following sat nav instructions. Once you've made the turn, you can't leave without driving through the car park. As it uses ANPR cameras, I was left wondering if I'd get fined if I didn't pay. Fortunately, I found a helpful member of staff who assured me that I wouldn't.
