Purchased 7 items back in April with 3 items returned on the same date, and to date I had not received my refund. Called the store and spoke to a gentleman called Oscar, I believe he was the supervisor on shift. He took my details, and apologised and promised he’d call me back. Within 5/10 minutes I received my call back confirming my refund hadn’t been processed and that he’d process it. Can’t fault the service and thank you for getting back to me so quickly and issuing the refund!

Update Sep 2023. Clearance sale as sadly it's likely that Wilko is closing down. :-(----Quite an impressive range of goods and at very good prices too.After many more visits, still impressed!A further update: no self-service tills were open on my most recent visit, which was frustrating, as only one till was open.

Booked click n collect, clicked the I am here button and waited 7min later nothing. I did some shopping round the store and paid still nothing. I found someone dealing with opening a till and asked how long it will take she didn't know 2 phone calls later and a guy ambles down the isles with mine and another ladies order (no sorry for your wait or anything)I was talking to a lady in the line and she said that she had the same problem a few weeks ago and it was a quiet time then too. Avoid click n collect if you can.

Bad management has made Wilko go into administration. This is a competitive world we live in. Wilko should have done their utmost to beat the likes of B&M, Aldi, and the others. Instead, their prices were high.

Very surprised with the lady named cheryl who served us today. Was teaching my 2yr old son how he has to pay at the counter to buy an item. The lady serving showed no enthusiasm, could not even smile as my son reached to hand her the coin! Very disappointing to observe. If your that unhappy at work find another job or stay at home! I'm sure somone else will appreciate your post and carry out customer service with a smile. Forget about greeting a customer she could not even smile!

Handy little store to grab all your essential home and DIY bits from. Stock sometimes a bit low but I guess that's still due to ongoing problems with supply chains. Good value.

Every time I go in to my local wilco's in Strood it's very seldom it has what I want. I went there today to get some selotape and nothing there. The shop is a joke they may as well shut it down for what good is. This shop is poorly stocked and a waste of time.
