Karak Chaii
Order arrived far beyond the time specified when ordering. Two of three dishes were OK, merely warm but not hot. The bhel puri was a soggy mess perhaps aggravated by slow delivery by Uber Eats. Without a doubt, the worst bhel puri I have had in 40 years, missing customary ingredients as well. If a dish cannot be delivered in good condition, it shouldn't be on the menu. Uber Eats could stop the exaggerated brief delivery times promised to warn customers and caution restaurants to be real. Uber Eats has no mechanism for requesting refund for sub-par service and poor food

Beautiful eatery, spectacular atmosphere, wonderful service- what more could you possibly want? Jam packed with aesthetics, Karak Chaii is perfect for rainy days, or simply rekindling with the wife :) I honestly look forward to each and every visit!

We wanted to eat samosa, karak chai was near. Tried punjabi and other samosa. Got total 5 samosas in £5.65. Sauces were both sweet not spicy. So didn’t enjoy much.

First time to Karak Chaii and the staff were very friendly especially Maneesh who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.Karak chai was very nice, loved it, ras malai, the Nutella bites were delicious but the samosa chaat was the best.Beautiful interior, super clean and loved the flower wall.Excellent service, yummy food and will definitely be back soon.

Fast and efficient service, tea was amazing and so was the food. Highly recommend. Because of its location people may choose to go to the other chai places in Bury Park but this is the best!

My request to the taxi driver to drop me off at Kark Chaii fell in deaf ears and I got dropped off at Chaiiwala, Luton, another Indian food joint with possibly a similar concept. I was keen on trying Bhel puri, a savourcy snack (served at Karak Chaii) from the streets of Mumbai and nothing could have changed my mind. After a trek of nearly half a mile (good 12 minute walk) through a subway and streets of Luton town center, I was able to spot Karak Chaii. The fast food place is situated in the hustle bustle of Bury Road. I could sense my taste buds for Bhel puri growing stronger.I was welcomed by the friendly smiling manager. When the manager came to know of my first visit to Karak Chaii, I was given an opportunity to try their Karak Coffee. Yes, Coffee was recommended, over a Chaii. Later, manager shared his nostalgic experience of India and relieving his tired body with a Karak Coffee. Sure, indeed, coffee was authentic, a true taste of coffee served in Kerala.I was however, disappointed as Bhel puri was not being served at the time of visit. I was not going to let myself down so easily and settled for Veg Thali - served with rice, chapati, choice of 2 curriers, pickles, mint sauce and Aloo Tikki - The desi hash brown. The restaurant is beautifully designed for fast food environment with artificial flowers on one side of the wall and a mirror facing this. The ceiling was a display of Karak Chaii in different languages.Overall, Karak Chaii was a good first time visit for the service provided.Total Spent:Veg Thaali: £9.95Aloo Tikki: £4.25Karak Coffee (large): £3.50

Good place for a snack. The iced karak chaii was disappointing as it wasn't cold at all in fact it was warm with few ice cubes inside. The keema chips was the best, enjoyed that.

Visited Luton during the Eid Holidays, all my family telling me about a place where they have really good Karak Tea. Now, if you’ve been to Dubai you’ll know that Dubai is the best place for Karak chai. This is a nice small cafe in Bury Park. Beautiful and stylish decor. We ordered Karak chai. Bhel puri and Samosa Chaat. Parata was freshly made. Served hot. Chai was good, neither sweet or strong. Right amount of milk and sugar.Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Friendly staff.
