Great service. Came to fix my boiler and pool cover hydraulic lines. Very knowledgeable around identifying the issues. Went above and beyond to get the right parts, which had to be imported from the US or custom made. Pool is now working great, which was ideal for the hot weekend in the UK. Would definitely recommend. Not overly expensive. Responsive and good quality work.

Had Platinum round to setup the pool after recently moving in. They were prompt, friendly and had good technical knowledge. Called them back a few weeks later to repair the air source heat pump and replace some leaking pipes. Fantastic service.

Highly recommended! Gave a realistic quote, gave honest opinion, no extra or unnecessary work. Two guys came who were expert and knew what they were doing! Very neatly installed the gas pipe under the floorboards and took kitchen cupboards out to hide pipes behind it and put the cupboards back again. They cut the floorboards in a way they could restore it perfectly.

Dan and Nick were amazing from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. They were incredibly proactive and used great initiative. They undertook jobs that needed doing that werent on the quote. Fixing loose paving slabs, servicing boilers etc.. at no extra cost.Friendly, punctual and very communicative throughout the whole process and managed my expectations in terms of time lines. Always provided options and solutions when looking at products, helping to work within budgets. Under promised and over delivered on several occasions. I would highly recommend them. I won't be going anywhere else for future maintenence and upgrades.
